The other day I broke my Kodak Playsport!

I was trying to take out the battery, but it was stuck, so I used a pair of pliers to pull it out (bad idea).  Anyway, now the slot that holds the battery and the memory card are broken and neither fits into the unit anymore.

Needless to say, I called up Kodak and received excellent support.  I’m going to send in my unit and they’ll fix it for free!  Great customer support.

Hopefully it’s back quickly as I’m going to Hawaii in a month and I’ll be doing a bunch of snorkeling.
